Created to provide guidance and oversight to Dream Factory Detroit / D.R.E.A.M. Productions; the United Leadership Initiative ensures successful event planning and execution as well as providing community service, professional coaching, and mentorship. Each representative of U.L.I. believes the only way to move forward is to give back to the community. This team of established professionals plans and promotes charity fundraisers, cultivates corporate sponsorships, and creates motivational and inspirational content. All while maintaining strong relationships with the Metro Detroit Community and likeminded social media influencers. Our team is developing “Leaders of the Future” by focusing on teaching lean business principles and continuous improvement; the United Leadership Initiative strives for sustainable growth.
